These are papain (from papaya) and bromelain (from pineapple) which break down proteins, lipase which breaks down fats and amylase which breaks down carbohydrates.

For even better results, Enzyme Digest contains betaine hydrochloride and peppermint oil. Enzyme Digest is ideal for people whose body does not produce enough digestive enzymes.

USE

One or two tablets with each meal with water.
