The active ingredients of the product are: magnesium, zinc, thiamine, chromium, vitamin D3

Format: 60 tablets

Recommended dosage: Take 2 tablets daily with a little water or other liquid.

Ingredients: bitter melon extract, sorbitol moisturizer, magnesium oxide, trigonella extract, amla extract, cinnamon extract, turmeric extract, grape seed extract, red zinc (poly zinc, citric acid iron oxide], vegetable oil from rapeseed, anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, coconut oil, cholecalciferol, thiamine mononitrate, silicon dioxide, chromium trichloride

The need for adjustment according to §14b (5) DiätV is highlighted: Maximum levels set for vitamin D, thiamine, chromium, zinc and magnesium in a balanced diet are exceeded, to avoid unnecessary calorie intake .
